Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL24 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are Memory B-cells and B-cells. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.
