RPL24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,564 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Actomyosin contractile ring organization. Each is linked with RPL24 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway grouped by RPL24-low versus RPL24-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
