Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL23AP85 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL23AP85 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL23AP85 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RPL23AP85 RNA expression shows 6,756 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL23AP85 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
