RPL23AP77

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP77 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,650 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23AP77-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS4XP11, RPL23AP18, and RPL13AP6. Each is linked with RPL23AP77 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP77-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP77 versus RPS4XP11 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23AP77→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23AP77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
