RPL23AP64

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP64 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,071 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23AP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31P5, RPL5P30, and FLNB-AS1. Each is linked with RPL23AP64 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP64-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP64 versus MRPS31P5 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23AP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23AP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
