Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL23AP55 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL23AP55 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL23AP55 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPL23AP55 RNA expression shows 9,074 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight ACC, COAD, and GBM as cancer lineages where RPL23AP55 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
