The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPL23AP53 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL23AP53 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and CESC are the cancer types where RPL23AP53 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
