Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL23AP30 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL23AP30 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL23AP30 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RPL23AP30 RNA expression shows 6,208 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL23AP30 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
