RPL23AP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,711 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23AP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD2, COMMD3, and USP3-AS1. Each is linked with RPL23AP25 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP25-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP25 versus PGBD2 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23AP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23AP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
