Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,823 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL23-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR1, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with RPL23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL23 versus FCGR3B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
