RPL22P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,811 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P1, RPL39P3, and RPL10AP2. Each is linked with RPL22P7 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P7 versus RPL22P1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
