RPL22P24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,977 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P24-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCP1A, RBM12, and PTAR1. Each is linked with RPL22P24 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
