Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL22P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL22P24 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPL22P24 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL22P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and COAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, COAD, and STAD are the cancer types where RPL22P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
