Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1, METTL16, and NCBP3. Each is linked with RPL22P21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P21 results are reported.
