The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL21P71 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL21P71 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and DLBC show a favorable association.
ACC, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where RPL21P71 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
