Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL21P65 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL21P65 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPL21P65 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL21P65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CESC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and READ are the cancer types where RPL21P65 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
