Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21P135 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,147 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL21P135-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Each is linked with RPL21P135 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21P135-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21P135 results are reported.
