Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL21P135 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL21P135 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RPL21P135 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL21P135 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where RPL21P135 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
