RPL21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,065 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, ARFGEF2, and PDS5B. Each is linked with RPL21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL21 versus HMGB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
