Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,518 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, KLHDC1, and AKT3. Each is linked with RPL21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL21 versus JAM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
