Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, c-Kit, and JNK2. Each is linked with RPL21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21 results are reported.
