Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,451 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Cytokinetic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RPL21 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21 results are reported.
