RPL19P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL19P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,730 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL19P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPSCR1_S275, TOP2A_S1377, and CBX3_S176. Each is linked with RPL19P21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL19P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL19P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL19P21 versus ASPSCR1_S275 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL19P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL19P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
