RPL18AP15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL18AP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,487 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL18AP15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPL18AP15 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18AP15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18AP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL18AP15-low versus RPL18AP15-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL18AP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL18AP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
