RPL18A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,875 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL18A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP8, YJU2, and NOP58. Each is linked with RPL18A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL18A versus AKAP8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
