Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL18A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL18A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Rab11, and Rab25. Each is linked with RPL18A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18A results are reported.
