Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, RNU6-1191P, and RN7SKP112. Each is linked with RPL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by RPL18-low versus RPL18-high in BRCA.
