Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL17P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,435 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL17P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein N-linked glycosylation, tRNA 3'-end processing, and Telomerase RNA localization. Each is linked with RPL17P14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17P14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17P14 results are reported.
