Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL17P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL17P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPL17P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL17P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where RPL17P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
