RPL17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, NARS1, and SMC2. Each is linked with RPL17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL17 versus SMC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
