Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP131, IGLVIV-53, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with RPL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL15 results are reported.
