Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL14P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL14P1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPL14P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL14P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPL14P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
