Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL13AP17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL13AP17 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPL13AP17 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL13AP17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where RPL13AP17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
