Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, ATG2B, and DIXDC1. Each is linked with RPL13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13 results are reported.
