Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, MIR98, and OR8A3P. Each is linked with RPL13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by RPL13-low versus RPL13-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
