RPL12P50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,470 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and UTP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL12P50 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P50-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative phosphorylation grouped by RPL12P50-low versus RPL12P50-high in KIRC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P50→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
