RPL12P30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPPED2, PPP1R12B, and DOCK1. Each is linked with RPL12P30 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P30-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P30 versus MPPED2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
