Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL12P23 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL12P23 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RPL12P23 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL12P23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, SKCM, and STAD are the cancer types where RPL12P23 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
