Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,858 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL10, RPL10A, and RPL12. Each is linked with RPL10P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL10P5 versus RPL10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
