Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL10P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL10P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RPL10P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL10P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CESC show a favorable association.

KICH, READ, and CESC are the cancer types where RPL10P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
