Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL10L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL10L data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher RPL10L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL10L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.
LGG, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RPL10L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
