Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-E1, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with RPL10L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RPL10L-low versus RPL10L-high in UCEC.
