Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL10L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH1, R3HDML, and GDNF. Each is linked with RPL10L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GH1 grouped by RPL10L-low versus RPL10L-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
