Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, TAF9, and UHRF1. Each is linked with RPL10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by RPL10-low versus RPL10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
