Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPH3AL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPH3AL data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPH3AL Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPH3AL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RPH3AL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
