RPH3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPH3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPH3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, CDK1, and SF2. Each is linked with RPH3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RPH3A-low versus RPH3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPH3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPH3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
