RPH3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPH3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 821 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPH3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 production, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with RPH3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPH3A-to-partner and partner-to-RPH3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 production grouped by RPH3A-low versus RPH3A-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPH3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPH3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
