RPGRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,460 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGRIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, THTPA, and PGAM1_S31. Each is linked with RPGRIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGRIP1 versus RTN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
