Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,084 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPGR_S518, CROCC, and RPGR_S961. Each is linked with RPGR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGR-to-partner and partner-to-RPGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGR versus RPGR_S518 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
