Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,216 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP135, DAXX_S495, and MMP8. Each is linked with RPGR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGR-to-partner and partner-to-RPGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGR versus CEP135 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
